Biography
Pop-Forum (formerly Ibn Kendall) is a New York–based artist whose work explores the intersections of race, desire, and power through paintings derived from self-produced photographs. Combining staged and chance encounters, his images collapse distinctions between documentation and construction, with text embedded as a central element. His work has been exhibited in New York and internationally, including at Microscope Gallery and Ambacher Contemporary.
