Biography

Albert Madaula is an internationally distinguished Spanish artist. In his work Madaula seeks to capture the enjoyment of life through its small pleasures: lounging in the sun, a vermouth, intimacy, a cigarette. Diversity and inclusion are of paramount importance to Madaula when he chooses figures to portray these moments. He comfortably dismantles social norms through the deconstructed bodies in his work. All of Madaula's paintings are acrylic and spray on linen cloth as he plays with geometry and textures to create his contemporary, figurative and colorful art.
