Biography
Alex Russell Flint is a British artist specialising in representational narrative works in oil and charcoal. Alex is the great-grandson of the artist Sir William Russell Flint and divides his time between studios in London and France. He was trained for many years by the renowned teacher Ted Jacobs at Ecole Albert Defois, Jacob's atelier in the Loire Valley. He was commissioned to paint His Royal Highness, The Duke of Gloucester, Kensington Palace, London in 2008 2016 Commissioned to paint, Field Marshall, The Lord Walker of Aldringham In the UK, Alex is represented by Hang-Up Gallery, London.
