Biography
An Impressionist painter, he uses the pointillist method in many of his paintings. His works are often mistakenly assigned to American Impressionist Colin Campbell Cooper. Claude Cahill Cooper was born in London, England to parents who were both doctors. Recognizing his talents in drawing at an early age, his parents enrolled him at the Coventry Art School while he was still attending primary school. In later years he attended the London Art Institute and had his first show a few years later. His works are exhibited in London, Paris, and New York and his typical signature is C.C. Cooper.
