My name is Elizabeth Corbiere, I am a Christian artist in Canada. I draw cartoony illustrations and comics using pens, markers, and ink while I listen to music. In my spare time, I love to watch cartoons and movies, read comics and spend time with my family and pets. I am always interested in learning new things. I am a mostly self-taught artist. I did an art course in high school and took a few art classes growing up. Currently, I am taking cartooning courses from the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning to keep improving my work, while completing a bachelor degree in Biblical Studies at Patriot Bible University to further my knowledge of God and the Bible that I can apply to in my art, increase my faith, and inspire me to create. In high school I received a total of 10 awards in the annual Scholastic Art and Writing Awards in art, writing, and photography. I also work three part-time jobs that make it feel full-time while preparing a graphic novel as I establish myself as an artist. It’s crazy. I have been a homeschooler all my life, and I still am at home doing University! And I am being sponsored by Christian Homeschool Society as I create Christian art promoting creationism.
