Frances Waite (b. 1993, Rochester, NY) is an American artist whose works on paper have been exhibited throughout the United States and Europe. Her subversive approach to photorealistic graphite drawing has been recognized in notable arts and culture publications throughout the world, including Vogue Magazine, Playboy Magazine, Fukt Magazine for Contemporary Drawing, and Vice's The Creators Project. In 2018 Frances was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Vogue Magazine. Frances earned her BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York in 2015. Born in Rochester New York, she currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
