Jaclyn Mednicov
Biography
Jaclyn Mednicov is a Chicago based artist whose work combines painting, printmaking and sculpture. Her work has been exhibited in nationally recognized galleries such as Mixed Greens, NY; Document, Chicago; Paris London Hong Kong, Chicago; Tarble Arts Center; Charleston, IL; and The Franklin, Chicago. Jaclyn’s work has been published in New American Paintings and in 2018 she received an NEA grant for an installation project in Lockport, IL. She holds a BFA from the University of Kansas and an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Painting and Drawing. Jaclyn has attended residencies at Vermont Studio Center and the Ragdale Foundation and is currently a Lecturer at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the Painting and Drawing Department.
