Manuel Chavajay, 1982, lives and works in San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala. Chavajay is a multidisciplinary artist working in painting, drawing, sculpture and installation, addressing a critical colonization and a CLAIM and construction of the Mayan culture. Contemporar . Between 2009 and 2011 held environmental projects and interpretive trails around the Lake Atitlán basin. He is currently a producer of contemporary art in the Mayan people with Cultural Channel, a collective of artists in Guatemala.
