Biography
Nevin Aladağ was born in Van, Turkey, in 1972. Her family moved to Stuttgart in 1973. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 1993 to 2000 and currently lives and works in Berlin. Her works are represented in major public and private collections. Aladağ has had several solo and group exhibitions in international renowned museums and instituions. She participated in documenta 14 and the 57th Venice Biennale. She is a Professor of Interdisciplinary Artistic Work at the University of Fine Arts in Dresden.
