Biography
Rallou Panagiotou received her MFA from the Glasgow School of Art. Her sculptures and installations are explorations of psychological and historical tension. Using references as diverse as Hieronymus Bosch, Italian Futurism, and Bruce Weber, mixed with subtle injections of history and memory, Panagiotou tries to strike a balance between the past and the present, the personal and the historical. Her work has been included in exhibitions at the Deste Foundation in Athens (2007) and the Glasgow School of Art (2008).
