Samantha Dominik is a sculptor and installation artist from Long Island, New York. She received a BFA in studio art from Adelphi University and an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Samantha currently lives in New York and works as an adjunct professor at Adelphi University. Her work has been published in Studio Visit Magazine. Through sculpture and installation, her work deals with memory, relationships, nostalgia and loss. These associations are drawn from familiar objects, human-like forms, and simulated environments.
