Sara Flynn
Biography
Sara Flynn studied ceramic design at the Crawford College of art and design in Cork, initially to diploma in 1992 and returning to complete her degree in 1998. It was during her degree year that she first began working with porcelain, a notoriously challenging and beautiful material which she now works with exclusively. She and her husband Stuart Poole (Studio Technician) established their first studio and gallery together in Kinsale in 2000. They moved to Leap, West Cork in 2006. Sara's work has been exhibited internationally and is held in public collections.
