Sebas Velasco has drawn since he was a small child, but it was in 2004 when he began painting graffiti on the walls of his home town. Afterwards, he moved to Bilbao where he graduated in Fine Arts, getting in touch with and specializing in painting. After studying Illustration in Barcelona, he was selected by
 the Antonio Gala Foundation to take part in an Artistic residence grant, where he started the project “Around the Wall”, a pictorical research that takes spaces and elements from the graffiti writers as a reference. Parallel to his work in the studio, he has maintained a continuous activity on the street since 2004, which has led him to paint murals inside and outside of Europe, both on his own as also participating in projects such as Festival Asalto, Artesano Project, Djerbahood Project and Visioni Urbane.
