Uwe Bremer
Biography
Uwe Bremer was born near Erfurt in 1940. At the age of nine he moved with his family to Berlin, a year later to Hamburg. Between 1957 and 1960, Bremer attended the art school Alsterdamm in Hamburg. A few years later he had his first exhibition. In 1964, he founded the Werkstatt Rixdorfer Drucke together with a couple of other artists. Bremer now lives and works in Gümse, Lower Saxony as a painter and graphic artist.
