Born in Japan in 1990, Ida’s work these past few years has focused on the theme of “ICHI-GO-ICHI-E” (a once in a lifetime moment)”. The concept can be summarized quite simply - “now” does not come twice. “I aim to visualize all those encounters with many “nows”, from past to present, through the filter of my mind by projecting the phenomenon itself onto my works. Through art, I continue to question the subtleties of existence”. Ida was featured in September 2018 as one of Forbes Japan’s ‘30 Under 30” influencers
